Projects under Way

In the readiness review, assess what is currently going on. The decision may be to put everything on hold for six weeks while benefit and spend are reviewed. There will be overlap between some projects and there is no point in spending money that is wasted money. Kill projects that are going in the wrong direction and kill them early.
